You can walk along the coastline promenade that stretches from Protaras to Perenera and enjoy a dip along the way. \n\nCyclops Cave is well worth a visit, and it’s only a 10 minute drive away. This isn’t the famous one referred to in Homer’s Odyssey, but this one is much quieter with fewer visitors. The caves also act as the starting point for a number of scenic coastal hiking trails. If you go a bit further down the shore, you’ll reach Cape Greco National Forest Park, offering further walking opportunities.\n\nAyia Napa is around a 15 minute drive from Anastasia Beach Hotel. Here, you shouldn’t miss the monastery dating from the 1500s. Lovers of nature will make a beeline for the Thalassa Museum, where you can discover the seafaring history of Cyprus. Currently, it’s the only museum of its kind in the Mediterranean region. Of course, the town is famous for its vibrant nightlife, meaning there’s always something to do here, whatever the time is.
