Applies for all Arrivals: SPA facilities can be used by adults from 16 years onwards. In the mornings and afternoons there is a special hour (11:00-12:00 and 16:00-17:00) for children from 4-15 years accompanied by their parents.<BR>For clients who arrive with a bicycle, during their stay a Cyclist Package is obligatory (to be paid extra locally per person, per bike and per day).<BR>Studios are approx. 22 m2 size and do have only one space (living room same as bedroom) with two beds. Apartments are approx. 34 m2 and do have a living room with two sofa beds and an independent bedroom with two beds. All rooms that are facing the street do have an acoustic isolation in windows and the doors in the balcony do have double climatic windows and technical aluminum.<BR>There are three adapted apartments (Apts garden/pool side) on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility.<BR>Apartment Plus, are all situated in upper floors with sea view or with views to the Lake Esperanza/street and the difference with the standard ones are because of the following extra equipment: Two LCD TVs. Electric coffee maker. Bathrobes free of charge during the stay. Superior furniture in the balcony.<BR>Tourist fees applicable must be paid upon arrival.
